How can I make changes to my order?

You can access your order details through your account, but please note that our fulfillment center processes orders rapidly because SPF is a priority! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we're unable to make modifications like adding or removing products. Feel free to reach out to us if you don't have an account or if you have any questions.

What is hazmat? Why can't it be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or a PO Box?

Some of our products, such as those containing compressed air or alcohol, are considered hazardous materials (Hazmat) when shipping. Rest assured, the contents of our products are safe and made with quality ingredients.

Restricted Hazardous Items:

We are unable to ship certain products to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, P.O. boxes or APO boxes due to the delivery format of the product, including aerosols and alcohol-based products
